Senior Director, Research & Analysis
Joe Berwanger is an expert at uncovering hidden value. For the past 25 years, Joe has counseled some of the most well-known corporations and fast-paced startup companies in the world. Through his adept use of qualitative and quantitative research, he has provided clients with critical insights on corporate positioning, competitive intelligence, product brand strategy, and marketing communications messaging. For pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology clients he has run campaigns across specialized medical arenas, such as male and female health, emergency care, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, urology, gastroenterology, and rare chronic disorders.
Previously Joe co-founded strategic brand consultancies in the Boston and New York City areas and gained his foundational experience inside nationally recognized marketing agencies Grey Healthcare Group (NYC) and Cone Communications (BOS). Within these firms Joe led hundreds of integrated strategy and implementation teams on marketing, business development, venture capital fundraising, sales lead generation, and corporate communications projects.
Joe holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire (Durham) and an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurial studies at Babson College.
