Who We Are
Marketing and operations are two disciplines which are seemingly at odds. Marketing is a right-brain activity, requiring creativity and the ability to “think outside the box.” Operations is a left-brain activity, focusing on organization and analytical thought. Isabelle has discovered that she excels at both.
In her 15 years of experience, Isabelle has managed multi-million dollar projects at United Healthcare, designed and implemented corporate websites for Oxford Health Plans, and has led quantitative and qualitative market research studies for Fortune 100 companies at TideWatch Market Research. In her past 6 years, Isabelle has focused entirely on market research, conducting well over 200 interviews and supervising the team managing the hundreds of projects Qessential executes each year.
When she’s not ensuring the smooth operation of Qessential’s business, Isabelle, her husband, and their daughter combine their love of the outdoors with their love of technology through Geocaching, a real-world treasure-hunting game played around the globe.
Isabelle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a focus on Accounting from Rivier College.
