Case Study: Recruitment / Heart disease survey
Question. A company was conducting a phone survey of heart disease patients and needed very particular pre-screened participants.
Answer. Invitations were sent to SmartPanel participants and were directed to an online screener to see if they would be eligible for a phone survey interview. Once pre-screened patients were accepted into the study, they were directed to another website with directions for participating in the phone survey. Progress was monitored daily by the client.
